A licensed user of any Open Window program is entitled to a full refund of their purchase price if they are not satisfied with the program they purchased. Send a letter to Open Window requesting a refund (we'd like to hear why, but that's not a requirement) and stating that you will discontinue all use of the program upon receipt of your refund. It's as simple as that - no questions asked.
This guarantee is valid only for products purchased directly from Open Window and does not apply to Open Window products purchased through third-party distribution channels. In these cases, the third party's warrantee is in force and they should be contacted with regard to refunds or exchanges.
